What we collect

• Contact details — your phone number, and your name and email if you share them.
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, trip times, and ride history tied to your phone number.
• Payment records — account balance activity and payment confirmations. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Calls and messages — records of calls and text messages with our dispatch line, used to run the service.

How we use it

• To dispatch rides, connect you with your driver, and send trip updates by call or text.
• To operate accounts: balances, receipts, invoices, and ride history.
• To keep the service safe and prevent misuse.

What we share

• With your driver: your pickup, drop-off, and first name — never your phone number; calls between you and the driver are connected through our business number.
• With service providers that run our dispatch, telephone, mapping, and payment systems, only as needed to provide the service.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may disclose information when required by law.

Text messages

When you book a ride and agree to receive texts, we send transactional messages about that ride — booking confirmation, driver updates, and receipts. Message frequency varies by ride (typically 2–4 messages per ride). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile phone number or texting opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

Ride and payment records are kept as long as needed to run your account and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your account information at any time.
